Role:
Prospect and confirm new business for incentive travel programs, meetings, and group travel. Manage a high paced and timeline sensitive workflow while ensuring outstanding destination and program itineraries are delivered within the client’s budget. Prepare and sell accurate and competitively researched and priced travel destinations for high end corporate incentive clients Represent the Landmark principles and philosophy in all interactions with clients and sales prospects.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 base, with a commission potential based on fulfillment.

Reports To: Managing Partner - Accounts
Responsibilities Include:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect key decision-makers (HR, Marketing, and Sales Executives) through cold outreach, networking, and industry events as well as picking up on leads from Account Executives.
Program Design: Collaborate with our Sales and Planning Team to build custom, high-end travel incentives and corporate reward programs.
Client Presentations: Pitch our services, learn to close new corporate accounts.
Relationship Management: Maintain an active pipeline in our database (TT), ensuring a smooth handoff to the Account Executives and Planning team post-sale.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on global travel trends, luxury destinations, and competitor offerings.
Job Skills Required:
Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales, hospitality, or corporate travel experience a plus, but not necessary
An established network of corporate clients is a plus
Communication: A positive attitude coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be a compelling storyteller who can sell the "ROI of travel and incentive travel
Drive: A hunter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Organization: Strong CRM skills (Salesforce or a comparable client management database) and the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts at once
Job Skills Preferred:
College degree
