Role:
Prospect and confirm new business for incentive travel programs, meetings, and group travel. Manage a high paced and timeline sensitive workflow while ensuring outstanding destination and program itineraries are delivered within the client’s budget. Prepare and sell accurate and competitively researched and priced travel destinations for high end corporate incentive clients Represent the Landmark principles and philosophy in all interactions with clients and sales prospects.

Reports To: Managing Partner - Accounts
Responsibilities Include:
Identify and confirm new business
Present Landmark to potential clients
Ensures proposal time frames are met
Responsible for producing accurate and high-quality proposals
Ensures the Planning & Purchasing department resources are being utilized in a productive and efficient manner
Maintains client contact and follow-up during sales and through the life of the program to execution
Provide weekly pipeline reports to management
Reviews the sold programs with in-house teams, ensuring all details are complete for transition to the Purchasing, Air Travel management and Operations departments
Works with suppliers to foster good relationships including attending industry events and trade shows
Negotiates as needed with suppliers to achieve advantage in pricing
